Setting Up a Meditaion Garden 
Have you considered taking a small pocket of space in your home and garden areas and turning it into a serene oasis where you can turn to when feeling stressed or blue? Both of these attract birds. Fill different styles of metal, terracotta, or ceramic containers with colorful spring flowers and bulbs. Place a bird bath or fountain in an area where the sound of moving water will soothe you. We highly recommend planting fruit trees and vegetables in wooden planter boxes where you can harvest them and enjoy them while they grow.
