Benefits of Low Pressure Switch:
The low pressure switch protects your 1000 psi pump from damage if the water supply is accidentally turned off. The switch prevents the pump from turning on which saves the pump from over-heating and damaging the internal seals.

Number of Fans & Fan Size
Number of fans: The more fans the misting fan kit includes, the larger the diameter you can cool, and the overall temperature will be reduced.
Our fans have 3 speeds so you have some tuning available. Each fan will cool about 20 feet in front of them and throw mist about 8 feet. Keep in mind mist cooling is all about evaporative cooling, the finer the mist the faster it evaporates and the higher the mist pressure the finer the mist.
Our fans can be used with or without mist and can be outfitted with in line ball valves to have the ability to turn on or off each fans mist line.
18” Fans
At home on residential patios, outdoor restaurant patios and warehouses. Will suit all but the most demanding applications. The recommended distance between fans is about 20 feet.
The 18” non oscillating fans work best in drier areas or small narrow patios. They work best for directional cooling, and are also very good for insect control. Also available in oscillating models..
24” Fans
Very similar to the 18″ fan, however they produce much higher volumes of air movement and are a little louder when in operation. Perfect for bigger patios or industrial use. Great for insect control as well.
30” Fans
Very similar to the 18″ fan, however they produce much higher volumes of air movement and are a little louder when in operation. At home for heavy industrial applications and large areas that need cooling. Great for insect control.If you need larger fans we have them and can adapt misting to any fan.
Oscillating vs Non-Oscillating
Oscillating model oscillates in a 45 and 90° arc or can be locked in a fixed position. Metal gears in the oscillating mechanism allow the fan to operate at a maximum 30° downward tilt.
If your in a high humidity area the oscillation of these fans helps disperse the cooling mist thru out the space without residual wetness, and help evaporate the water droplets thus cools the air.
Pump Type Information
Direct Drive
This is our simple, cost-effective misting pump that can do it all. It is very economical and runs for 5,000 to 10,000 hrs. Perfect for residential and semi-industrial applications.
Direct Drive Enclosed
Same as the Direct Drive but is built inside a protective enclosure. This helps reduce the sound and protects the pump from the outdoor elements, which increases the life.
Pulley
Our Pulley, fan belt drive pumps, are built for quite and long lasting operation. We take a pump that will produce twice the output and slow it down 1/2 speed to about 700 rpm this make the pump work half of its designed ability and last twice as long and runs so slow you can barley hear them run.
VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)
Our VFD pump systems are designed to run from 2 to 20 fans, at any time. These are extremely efficient. They have an onboard computer in the housing that tells the pump how much water your calling for and automatically adjust the rpm and the output by slowing the pump down or speeding it up, depending on the current water demand. They run very quite and last.
