Key things to know as you get started:

  • It’s helpful to determine whether you are installing the misting system yourself or if you will have a contractor/plumber do it for you.
  • What are the measurements of the outdoor area you are wanting to cool. To get your measurements: measure the outside parmiter of the patio along with the distance from the outdoor area to the water source. Add 10% to the number to account for any cutting variances.
  • Identify your attachment points.
  • Spacing for nozzles the recommended distance is to have them spaced every 4 inches (calculate from your earlier perimeter measurement how many you will need).
  • Identify if color tubing is must for your patio space – we have options there too!

As we move through this guide you will see that we are ranking by three pricing points: Budget, Mid-Range and Premium.
